Turbo Manifolds
On the SAAB 9000 turbo the intakesystem is connected in this order.
airfilter -> airmassmeter -> turbo -> TB(throttle) -> intake.
The BOV is connected between with hoses "over" the turbo and dump the measured air back into the intake without a second measurement of the fuel. I think the 2.3L saab 9000 turbo can do 14 PSI with this system. GL building !

Here are the Turbo Manifolds that I picked up second hand for 100 from the small ads in the back of VWMotoring. They are custom made and are for use with Fuel Injection.
The intakes are Golf Throttle Bodies.
